Continuing the #TBTs with the afternoon of our February Program Day. We headed over to Chesapeake and were welcomed to the Emergency Operations Center, where we heard from Mayor West. We talked with Dr. Quentin Kidd about the Virginia General Assembly had a conversation about economic development and site readiness with Kevin Hughes and Steven Wright.
