On Friday Naval Station Norfolk held its Change of Command Ceremony. Thank you to CAPT Baker (CIVIC 2020) for all he has done for our community. We wish him the best of luck as he heads to Arlington to assume duties at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations. Congratulations to CAPT Dees (CIVIC 2021) as he steps into his role as the 50th Commanding Officer of Naval Station Norfolk.
