After careful consideration, we have made the difficult but prudent decision that CIVIC will not host the Founders’ Luncheon that is typically scheduled in May. Our top priority is to keep our guests safe. We are closely monitoring the CDC and the State of Virginia for guidelines on when it might be possible to hold in-person events.

Celebrating 25 years of operation, the CIVIC Leadership Institute continues to thrive. Our alumni network comprises more than 1,000 executive-level business and community leaders who are dedicated to building a better and brighter future for the Hampton Roads Region. CIVIC Leadership Institute could not have become the organization it is today, without the vision of its founders. The creation of an organization that would network senior level leadership throughout the entire Hampton Roads region to work on projects and initiatives that will ensure that the region continues to thrive. The Founders’ Luncheon celebrates CIVIC’s founders, the prestigious alumni and their contributions to Hampton Roads.
